He’s the man that was born to be your Agent...

Having been raised in a family of realtors, he’s lived in the Madison area for nearly 50 years. With decades of experience with building, drafting, estimating, development and property ownership, Doug’s expertise as a broker will provide you skills not found in other agents. He specializes in Listing Homes yet is always ready to help Buyers too, from first time to savvy investors. His discerning eye for detail & analytical mind will help his clients stand out from the competition and reap the rewards. After completing his Construction Engineering Degree at UW-Madison, Doug’s passion for architecture led him into Building and later, Real Estate. When he’s not out listing homes, Doug can be found volunteering in his neighborhood, supporting local music & Badger sporting teams. He loves getting on & in the water, hitting the slopes, playing guitar & spending time with his family.

She’s a ray of sunshine and always focused on helping our listings sell for top dollar. Browen moved to Wauwatosa, Wisconsin 13 years ago from Southern Maine. Shortly after relocating to Madison in 2014 with her husband, she opened her own business, a women, men and children's boutique which she ran successfully for six years. Being a sole proprietor, she gained a wealth of knowledge about graphic design, social media management, business management and superior client satisfaction. Her passion for design and real estate along with her business acumen make her the perfect fit as our Sales Director. Her mind is always working to come up with creative ways to highlight our properties and help our clients celebrate their success. Behind the scenes, she’s helping our team create marketing campaigns, printed materials and social media posts and ads. Out in public, she’s often found co-hosting our open houses and creating a welcoming environment for guests. Additionally, she’s a licensed agent and is excited to help others find their next home in the Madison area. When she’s taking a break from work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two young boys and their rescue dog, Milo.

McKenzie is the Noot Homes “You got it!” girl. With her background of many years, working in a commercial leasing office, we were excited to add her talent to our team. She is the cornerstone of our office, keeping all our agents organized and coordinating our transactions and documents. She keeps everyone on time and on track on the way to the closing table and is always willing to lend a hand and take on new projects. McKenzie has had a lifetime love of residential architecture and design and can always spot a diamond in the rough. McKenzie graduated from Madison College with a degree in Interior Design. Her love of color and design and her hand rendered drawings have definitely brought a fresh vibe to our office. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and family, her dog, Mario and napping. McKenzie is a positive source of energy and keeps us grooving and on track!
